As a Frontend Developer at our company, your role will involve creating web applications using standard HTML/CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and PHP best practices. You will be responsible for turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, and writing clean, well-designed code. Additionally, you will optimize applications for speed and scalability while reporting to the manager/team leader on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities: - Create web applications using HTML/CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, and PHP best practices - Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, ensuring excellent interactions - Write clean, well-designed code - Optimize applications for speed and scalability - Report to the manager/team leader regularly Qualifications Required: - Understanding of front-end/UI technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, PHP - High level of experience with UI layouts, Bootstrap, and CSS - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and Ajax - Significant experience of debugging using JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console - Hands-on experience in web page performance improvement & optimization - Understanding of third-party Web Services, JSON, and REST API - Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager implementation - Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git In addition to the technical skills, essential soft skills required for this role include being a good team player who is enthusiastic about delivering results and possessing good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - Experience working in SaaS / ERP / product-based companies - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Key Attributes: - Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines - Immediate joiners will be given preference Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
