As a Freight Broker, you will play a crucial role in serving as a key liaison between our esteemed customers and freight carriers. Your responsibilities will include securing new accounts, facilitating seamless communication and documentation exchange between customers and carriers, and maintaining effective coordination with dispatchers and drivers to ensure efficient tracking of load statuses. In addition, you will be tasked with negotiating contracts with carriers to enhance profitability. This is a full-time, permanent position with NyxGen Transitions. The work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, encompassing night shifts during US hours. The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and hold a graduate degree. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary intermediary between customers and freight carriers. - Acquire new accounts and nurture strong client relationships. - Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and drivers for real-time tracking of load statuses. - Engage in contract negotiations with carriers to maximize profitability.
