About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with strong experience in building high-quality, scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. You will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and maintaining cross-platform applications while leading best practices in mobile development. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced mobile applications using Flutter. Lead the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable mobile solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver robust features. Maintain high performance and responsiveness of apps. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Dart code. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. Manage deployment to App Store and Google Play Store. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter and mobile development. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart. Strong knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle and architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Experience with platform-specific integrations using platform channels. Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and state management solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile deployment. Experience in performance tuning and memory optimization. Good understanding of mobile design principles and interface guidelines. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations. Exposure to native Android/iOS development is a plus. Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration). Familiarity with agile methodologies.
