We’re a UK-based PropTech startup with a live product built on Flutter + Firebase. We’ve recently brought the app in-house after successful agency delivery and are now looking for a developer to help expand the platform.This is a long-term opportunity to work closely with a small, focused team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code and wants to work on a real, growing product — not just churn tickets.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

Build and maintain Flutter features across Android, iOS, and Web
Write tests (unit, widget, integration) for confidence in releases
Manage app delivery pipelines using Fastlane and GitHub Actions
Collaborate with the team on product roadmap and technical direction

🛠 Tech Stack

Flutter (null safety, Riverpod)
Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Storage)
GCP
Fastlane + GitHub Actions for CI/CD

✅ What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience building Flutter apps in production
Comfortable with Firebase and asynchronous app architecture
Solid understanding of app structure, state management (ideally Riverpod)
Self-driven, clear communicator
Comfortable working UK time-zone initially and then moving to 5 hours overlap i.e. 9am - 2pm UK time.

Firebase emulator suite
Clean Architecture or layered app design
