Job Description

Have 9 to 12 years of experience in FLS Engineering, in roles of increasing responsibility and project complexity.
Well versed in reviewing and checking of drawings and calculations
Have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Knowledge of fire/smoke modelling tools such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD), zone models and evacuation models an advantage.
Must have experience of developing fire strategies to international codes of practice.
Have working knowledge of and experience of performance-based fire engineering codes of practice internationally (such as BS 7974, NFPA 101).
Experience of working with international codes such as British Standards, NFPA, IBC, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, colleagues and other members of the project team.
Must have excellent skills for report writing in English.
