Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst.

This position is the primary contact of Garrett Material Margin figures.He / she is performing monthly Garrett consolidation of Revenue and Material cost by Turbo. He/ she is providing with Garrett Material Margin walks and internal analysis. He / she is communicating all findings in terms of gaps, find appropiate corrective actions and track their execution together with GBE Leaders.

Key Responsibilities Overview

Financial Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyze revenue vs. plan/forecast using tools like Salesforce and Power BI
• Perform material margin analysis throughout the product lifecycle (from award to production)
• Build and maintain forecasts (short-term outlooks, official budgets like AOP, and long-term plans like STRAP)
  

Pricing & Revenue Insight

• Validate pricing accruals across regions and reconcile with financial reports
• Collaborate with the Pricing Excellence team on inflation metrics and pricing gaps
• Review and set revenue targets based on part-level consolidation
  

Strategic Business Partnership

• Act as finance partner to the General Manager and cross-functional teams
• Support decision-making through competitive analysis, performance insights, and margin tracking
• Allocate RDE (Research, Development & Engineering) budgets and monitor implementation
  

Digital Tools & Automation

• Report monthly performance using Power BI dashboards
• Participate in designing and rolling out new IT tools to improve forecasting and analytics
  

What We Need

Education

: Bachelors Degree or above in Finance, Accounting

Experience

Previous experience in Finance and Financial Planning Analysis a plusMin 2 year in a similar role

Skills

Fluent in EnglishMS Excel skills - Medium/ HighA good understanding of financial analysisSAP / HFM knowledge is a plusPower BI knowledge is a plus
