Job Title : FPNA Qualification : Commerce Graduate Experience : 3-5 Years Must Have Skills: >Knowledge of industry trends and benchmarks. >Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar financial planning tools. Good to Have Skills : >Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to apply them in a business context. >Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Roles and Responsibilities : Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation and management of the companies annual budget and periodic reforecasts. Monitor performance against budget and forecast identifying risks and opportunities. Financial Analysis : Perform variance analysis on key financial metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis. Reporting : Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure that reports are timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Business Partnering : Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop financial strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes. Performance Metrics : Develop, track, and report on KPI s that align with strategic goals. Provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and profitability. Process Improvement : Continuously improve financial planning processes and reporting tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and analysis.
