Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

execution of business plans

financial performance, operating budgets, and cash flow projections

monthly investor/lender

refinancing and asset disposition

Acquisitions:

evaluation of real estate investment

market research, comps analysis, and tax underwriting

initial bid recommendations

due diligence, deal structuring, and execution

Support financing efforts, including lender diligence, lender book review, and debt/equity structuring.

closing coordination

Key Skills & Qualifications:

4-7 years of experience

financial analysis, underwriting, and investment modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rates, etc.).

real estate market research, due diligence, and risk assessment.

Excel, financial modelling, and investment presentation tools.

multiple projects simultaneously

analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
