Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations, accounting, taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, and business profitability. The candidate will work closely with management to strengthen financial controls and support the company's growth.
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Completion of CA qualification is mandatory and work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
• Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting operations, GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reconciliations.
• Cash Flow & Fund Management: Manage daily fund flow, working capital, vendor payments, receivables, payables, and banking relationships.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly financial MIS, management reports, variance analysis, and profitability reports.
• Cost & Profitability Control: Monitor procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and operational costs to improve margins and control expenses.
• Business Finance: Analyse product-wise, channel-wise, and location-wise profitability and provide financial insights to management.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate statutory and internal audits, establish financial controls, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Team Management: Lead the accounts and finance team, improve processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Management Support: Work closely with founders and business heads on financial decisions, business expansion, and financial strategy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in a Senior Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or equivalent leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in FMCG, dairy, manufacturing, food processing, or D2C businesses.
• Experience managing multi-location financial operations.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
