Idinaso Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization focused on delivering top-notch products/services with a strong field sales presence. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Female Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field sales activities in assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Recruit, train, and supervise field sales representatives.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand market needs, and close deals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales or sales management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field operations.
• Age preferably up to 40 years

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
