Role Overview: As a Women's wear Fashion Designer specialized in light woven category at Jimmy Mode International, your role will involve coordinating with customers for design and development, collaborating with the tech/production team, conducting thorough design research on global and domestic fashion trends, ensuring design feasibility for production, and managing the sourcing and timely receipt of materials for product development. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers for design and development. - Work closely with the tech/production team on product development. - Conduct in-depth design research on the latest fashion trends for global and domestic markets. - Ensure the feasibility of designs for production. - Source and manage timely receipts of materials for product development. Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of European, USA, and Indian women's wear markets. - Excellent communication skills. - In-depth understanding of research and the latest fashion trends. - Education: Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) or Postgraduate (PG) degree from NIFT or Pearl Academy. - Experience: 7+ years of experience in the garment industry. Experience is negotiable based on skill set. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI-assisted design.,
