As a Senior Fashion Consultant specializing in Men's Made-to-Measure (MTM) clothing in the Delhi NCR area, your role involves providing a personalized shopping experience to clients. You will offer styling advice and assist clients in selecting and customizing their perfect MTM outfits. Your aim is to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience while also meeting individual sales targets. - Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fabric, and fit preferences - Handle MTM orders, fittings, and trials - Maintain high store standards and hygiene practices - Meet personal sales targets - Coordinate with the tailoring team for delivery timelines - Maintain detailed client records - Deliver exceptional post-sale service To succeed in this position, you should have: - 3-7 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion or apparel retail - Excellent communication skills - Strong grooming standards - Passion for men's fashion, styling, and personalized wardrobe consulting - Ideally, prior experience in MTM or bespoke clothing Please note that this role is customer-facing in-store retail position.
