Job Description

You will work as a senior on multiple workstreams or clients as a part of the Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Your responsibilities will include interacting with stakeholders (client and other third parties such as fund administrators) on matters related to data and production. You will facilitate conversations between the Business and Technology to determine product features, prepare and review workpapers needed for filing forms/reports with 100% accuracy, and work independently with minimum supervision. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to the team and clients as needed, work under US time schedules, be involved in project management, and mentor, train, and inspire staff to meet project objectives. You will proactively develop and impart training on new initiatives for team members and identify process improvement areas for automation. - Interact with stakeholders on data and production matters - Facilitate necessary conversations between Business and Technology - Prepare and review workpapers for filing forms/reports accurately - Work independently with minimal supervision - Provide technical guidance to the team and clients - Be deadline-oriented and work under US time schedules - Be involved in project management - Mentor, train, and inspire staff - Develop and impart training on new initiatives - Identify process improvement areas for automation You should have clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with 4-8 years of experience in the BCM or WAM industry, with at least 2-3 years of senior experience. A master's degree in accounting or finance is mandatory, while an MBA or CA would be beneficial. Experience with Regulatory Reporting, Validations, Reconciliations, and General Adjustment processes is preferred, as well as a general understanding of US GAAP and mutual fund regulatory requirements.
