As a Senior Business side at EY, you will be responsible for working on multiple workstreams or clients within the Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Your duties will include interacting with stakeholders, preparing and reviewing workpapers with accuracy, providing technical guidance, working independently, and managing projects as needed. Additionally, you will mentor and inspire team members, provide training on new initiatives, identify process improvement areas, and promote automation within the team. To be successful in this role, you should possess clear communication skills, have 4-8 years of experience with 2-3 years in senior roles in the BCM or WAM industry, and hold a Master's degree in accounting or finance. Experience with Regulatory Reporting, US GAAP, mutual fund regulatory, technology platforms, and WAM domain is essential. You should also be familiar with Risk function deliverables, product taxonomies in Regulatory Reporting, and have exposure to relevant reporting platforms and analytics tools like Python or R. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and have a good understanding of capital market instruments. A willingness to work under US time schedule and possessing a US Visa are preferred.
