Senior Executives /Executives- Office Coordination/ Admin/ HR Female GURGOAN

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating HR activities across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Accounts, IT, Vendors, and Customers. Your key responsibilities will include team management, recruitment, team building, and leading initiatives for medium and long-term growth. Additionally, you will be managing resources for smooth company operations, handling purchase and materials management, developing new vendors, supporting travel bookings, HR management, cost reduction activities, and ensuring seamless coordination within and outside the company. Your qualifications should include 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, confidence in long-term association with the company, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in computer skills (especially Excel for data mapping, reporting, performance appraisal, and data analysis), and immediate availability to report to the North India CMO in Gurugram. Your knowledge of Dealers, Distributors, Marketing, Retails, and Sales will be valuable in this role.
