As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating HR activities across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and IT divisions. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with Vendors and Customers to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating 1-3 years of experience in team management, recruitment, team building, and leadership - Showing initiative in planning for medium and long-term growth - Managing resources effectively to support the company's operations - Handling purchase and materials management, developing new vendors, providing continuous administration support, managing travel arrangements for staff, supporting HR activities, and reducing costs through efficient coordination - Building confidence for a long-term commitment with the company - Possessing strong communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel for data mapping, reporting, performance appraisal, report generation, data analysis, and business enhancement You are required to have a Higher Secondary qualification (12th Pass) and a background in Dealers, Distributors, Marketing, Retails, and Sales.
