Roles -

• Strong working knowledge in Kenan/Postpaid Billing System.
• Billing Domain knowledge is must Postpaid Billing, CDR flow , Rating Flow etc.
• Execution of Recurrent Tasks and Support Monitoring, scheduling jobs and operations.
• Knowledge of other Billing Applications like MZ , ICT , Prepaid systems will be added benefit .
• Hands on UNIX / Windows experience and familiarity with SQL, Relational Databases and Web Servers.
• Incident & Service Request Handling
