As a Senior Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role is crucial in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers, assisting them in choosing jewelry, and completing sales transactions in line with Company SOP. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and executing company strategies to enhance store profit - Welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and providing excellent customer service by educating them on Malabar Promises and product details - Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement - Reporting sold stock to the section head for inventory maintenance and ensuring timely stock replenishment - Generating customer leads, increasing customer footfall, and acquiring knowledge in all store sections such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. - Assisting in Below The Line (BTL) marketing initiatives Skills Required: - Ability to sell effectively - Self-motivated and driven by targets - Excellent communication skills - Strong customer service skills As part of the Retail Sales functional area, you will be based in Solapur, Maharashtra, INDIA. The educational qualification required for this role is B COM, with an age limit of 30 years and 3 to 4 years of experience. The salary range for this position is 20000 to 25000 INR.
