Senior Executive - Sales & Services

As a Senior Executive - Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role is crucial in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers, assisting them in choosing jewelry, and completing sales transactions in line with the Company's SOP. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and executing company strategies to enhance store profit - Welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and providing excellent customer service by educating them on Malabar Promises and product details - Gathering feedback from customers/prospects and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement - Reporting sold stock to the section head for inventory maintenance and ensuring timely stock replenishment - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and acquiring knowledge in billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. - Assisting in BTL marketing efforts Skills Required: - Ability to sell effectively - Self-motivated and target-driven - Excellent communication skills - Strong customer service skills In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be working in the Retail Sales functional area located in Solapur, Maharashtra, India. The educational qualification required is B COM, with an age limit of 30 years and 3 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field. The salary range for this position is between 20000 to 25000 INR.
