Senior Executive - Quality

You have an exciting opportunity as a "Senior Executive-Quality" in Bareilly (U.P.) with a minimum of 05 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should hold a qualification of M.Sc. in Microbiology and should be willing to sign a bond. Local candidates will be preferred for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with microbiological parameters, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices, and possessing good communication skills. It is essential to have knowledge of FSSAI standards, experience in handling manpower, and the ability to conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, intermediate materials, and finished products. To excel in this role, you must have a profound understanding of quality control and quality assurance practices in the food and dairy industry. Practical experience in studying microbiological issues during CIP and other processes is crucial. Familiarity with SWAB analysis of equipment and handling customer complaints are also part of the job requirements. Candidates with prior experience in dairy or ice cream plants will be given preference. Your role will involve managing C & FA visits, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring adherence to food safety policies and procedures.
