We are hiring for the role of Pre Sales Executive for our Bibwewadi, Pune location Job roles & responsibilities:- A Pre-Sales Executive in real estate focuses on engaging potential clients and preparing them for a purchase, acting as a bridge between initial inquiry and the sales team . They are responsible for generating leads, providing property information, coordinating site visits, and nurturing relationships with prospective buyers to convert them into qualified leads. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the typical responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels like phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Property Information and Presentation: Providing detailed information about available properties, including amenities, pricing, and unique selling points. Site Visit Coordination: Scheduling and organizing site visits for interested clients, ensuring a smooth and informative experience. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers through regular follow-up and communication. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate the sales process. Skills and Qualifications: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively. Sales and Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of sales principles, real estate market trends, and customer relationship management.
