Job roles & responsibilities:-

engaging potential clients and preparing them for a purchase, acting as a bridge between initial inquiry and the sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

  Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels like phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.

• Property Information and Presentation:

  Providing detailed information about available properties, including amenities, pricing, and unique selling points.

• Site Visit Coordination:

  Scheduling and organizing site visits for interested clients, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers through regular follow-up and communication.

• Sales Support:

  Assisting the sales team by providing qualified leads and relevant information to facilitate the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
