Job Description

The Senior Executive Architecture will support the in-house design and execution of hospital infrastructure projectsensuring compliance with healthcare standardsoperational needsand regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on architectural detailingdesign coordinationand documentation to contribute to efficient and patient-centric hospital environments.

Key Responsibility Statement

1. Design Development & Documentation

Assist in preparing concept to construction drawings for hospitals and allied facilities.

Develop coordinated layouts and detailed drawings in consultation with the Manager Architecture.

Ensure designs comply with National Building Codes (2016)local regulationsand healthcare standards.

2. Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with MEPFstructural engineersand consultants to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Support multi-disciplinary coordination for design alignment and execution feasibility.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for layout optimization and design discussions.

3. Project Execution & Compliance

Assist in preparing statutory drawings for approvals and ensuring compliance with building by-laws.

Support site visits to monitor architectural execution and adherence to design intent.

Ensure alignment with project specificationsBOQand standardization requirements.

Key Interactions

Internal: Engineeringbiomedicalfacility teamsproject managementand hospital operations teams.

External: Government authoritiestown planning bodiesregulatory agenciesand design consultants.

KnowledgeSkills and Experience:

6 - 8 years of experience in healthcare/ hospital design.

Bachelors/Master s in ArchitectureCivil Engineeringor Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.

Proficiency in AutoCADSketchUpPhotoshopMS Office.

Understanding of building codeshealthcare planning guidelinesand material specifications.

Behavioural:

Ability to take directionexecute tasks independentlyand work within a team.

Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
