About The Role
The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for EXG. The incumbent will have focus on day-to-day operational activities in the HR team. He/she is responsible for sourcing talents and also handling end to end lifecycle management of the staff members. He/She will be the first point of contact for queries raised by the staff membersRoles and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Coordinate with hiring manager and understand the hiring requirement in detail
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Drive Internal Job posting process, as and when required
- Responsible for promoting employee referrals
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and perform initial screening
- Take ownership of candidate interview experience
- Collect and verify employee documents before processing offer
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and discussing on the employment terms
Employee Onboarding
- Interact & engage with new hires weekly(once) from the offer roll out date till date of joining
- Responsible for completing employee joining formalities as per the set process
- Ensure required assets and access is handed over to the joiner on day 1 of joining
- Coordinate with hiring manager to facilitate team introduction
- Partner with HR Manager in conducting 30-45 days catchup meet. Record the minutes and set action steps, follow through to ensure feedbacks are incorporated well
Performance Management System
- Initiate timely confirmation process and ensure letter is released on the due date
- Partner with HR team in conducting periodic performance evaluation
- Timely updation of process progress within HR department and leadership team
- Follow-up to ensure process is completed on time
- Timely escalation of challenges in process progress
- Partner with HR Manager in driving performance related conversations such as Performance Improvement plan
- Partner with HR Manager in recognizing top talents
Employee Engagement
- Reward and Recognition
- Initiate Monthly/quarterly and Annual Reward & Recognition program
- Coordinate with HOD's to get timely nominations
- Arrange for certificates, goodies/vouchers as per the event
- Communicate the winner details on an organization level
Process streamlines and Documentation
- Ensure all the process are streamlined through KEKA HRMS & escalate in case of process deviation
- Act as a point of contact for resolving HR queries through KEKA
- Ensure all the processes and policies are periodically updated in the system (WIKI)
Employee Exit Management
- Ensure end to end exit process is completed on or before last working day of the month
- Conduct skip level meets and share notes with HR Manager. Follow through for next steps and ensure pointers are closed
Payroll processing and Statutory compliances
- Ensure the salary processing is completed with full accuracy and disburse on or before 5th of every month
- Support staffs in claiming reimbursements as per their CTC offerings.
- Ensure statutory compliances are followed on monthly and annual basis
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Work Experience: At least 2-3 years experience in handling core HR function
- Competencies: Good communication skills, Passionate on HR profile, Good Negotiation skills, Result Oriented, Go Getter, Problem Solver, Smart worker, Team player, career focussed
- Advanced skills: Advanced knowledge on MS office, experience in HRMS software is an added advantage
- The successful candidate would have high level communication skills and have ability to drive HR initiatives along with the HR team members.
