Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operational:

Drafting, negotiation, and finalization of standard and non-standard legal documents such as Agreements, MOUs, Bank guarantees, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, POAs, etc.
Reviewing and modifying existing standard documents as required.
Managing litigation and dispute resolution efficiently, quickly, and cost-effectively.
Maintaining complete record management of legal documents.
Managing the Trademark Portfolio of the Company with the assistance of a Trademark Attorney.

Financial:

Handling collection and recovery-related litigations to ensure recovery of sticky debts and maintain the company's financial health.
Direct and indirect negotiations with parties to obtain the most favorable terms for commercial contracts.

Customer:

Internal search report on trademarks.
Legal vetting of important correspondence as requested by various stakeholders.
Coordinating and managing external lawyers/law firms, including preparing case drafts, providing required documents and data, following up on legal cases, attending meetings/conferences, etc.
Organizing online training for employees as prescribed under relevant Acts.
