Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bharuch for a Senior Executive Engineering Purchase. The role involves managing procurement activities for engineering goods and services, vendor evaluation and selection, analyzing supplier performance, and negotiating effectively to ensure cost efficiency and quality. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to understand sourcing requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials for uninterrupted operational activities. Compliance with company policies and maintaining effective documentation will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Technical expertise in engineering products and services, with the ability to analyze supplier capabilities and evaluate products
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance related to procurement processes
• Proficiency in SAP relevant to procurement and inventory management
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years experience in agrochemical formulation & packaging industry in similar role
