Senior Executive - Direct Tax

As a Tax Specialist in our team, your role will involve preparing and filing various tax returns under the Income Tax Act, 1961. This includes individual, corporate, and partnership returns. You will also be responsible for analyzing and responding to tax notices issued under different sections of the Income Tax Act. Ensuring timely compliance with direct tax obligations and statutory deadlines through coordination with clients will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will regularly communicate with clients to update them on regulatory changes affecting their tax obligations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file various tax returns under the Income Tax Act, 1961. - Analyze and respond to tax notices issued under different sections of the Income Tax Act. - Coordinate with clients to ensure timely compliance with direct tax obligations and statutory deadlines. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on regulatory changes impacting their tax obligations. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct taxation and knowledge of E-filing Procedures. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical abilities. - Knowledge of Winam or any other tax compliance software is preferred.
