Job Summary:

Senior Executive in Digital Publishing

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and validate

  Reflowable and Fixed Layout ePUBs

  in compliance with industry standards (EPUB 3.0, Apple Books, Kindle, etc.).
• Perform

  PDF Remediation

  to ensure accessibility compliance as per

  WCAG and PDF/UA standards

  .
• Develop

  Accessible ePubs

  ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver).
• Review and ensure final output quality through thorough

  QC checks

  across devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workflow improvements and process optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues related to layout, interactivity, and accessibility in ePubs and PDFs.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, accessibility guidelines, and digital publishing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in

  Digital Publishing

  or

  Accessibility Production

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  EPUB (Reflowable and Fixed Layout)

  standards and workflows.
• Experience in

  Accessible EPUB creation

  and

  PDF Remediation

  (WCAG 2.1 / PDF/UA compliance).
• Familiarity with

  HTML5, CSS3, and XML

  .
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
