Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Ensure resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.

Manage portfolio and debt collection strategy.

Achieve assigned targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Prepare and analyze reports.

Manage risks associated with collections.

Provide team leadership.

Manage vendors effectively.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through direct customer or agency visits.

Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines related to product repossession.

Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Reporting experience on collection activities and performance.

Experience handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.

Experience with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience in case tracking and resolution as per AOP within timelines.

Strong skills in portfolio management and debt collection strategy.

Demonstrated ability to achieve targets.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt management.

Experience in reporting and analysis.

Risk management capabilities.

Team leadership experience.

Vendor management skills.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external clients.
