Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Co-ordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through customer/agency visits.

Proven ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines in repossession processes.

Strong record-keeping skills for customer interactions and transactions.

Experience in preparing reports on collection activities and performance.

Ability to handle escalations effectively.

Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Skills in developing strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience with case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines.

Expertise in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and risk management.

Track record of target achievement and regulatory compliance.

Strong reporting and analysis capabilities.
