 Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME 
 Job Purpose 
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case to case tracking.
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinating with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience achieving collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines related to product repossession.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Skills in providing regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Proficiency in handling escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Experience in daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Competence in case to case tracking.
  • Track record of resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Experience in portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of debt collection strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Skills in reporting and analysis.
