 Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually.
  • Achieve resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development and execution.
  • Ensure target achievement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis of collection activities.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.
  • Ability to monitor and report performance against set parameters.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession of products.
  • Skill in maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Experience in providing regular collection activity reports.
  • Ability to handle and resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement collection improvement strategies.
  • Experience in individual case tracking and timely resolution.
  • Strong portfolio management skills.
  • Expertise in debt collection strategy and execution.
  • Track record of achieving targets.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong skills in reporting and analysis.
