Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Executive for our Debt Management Services - Consumer division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer debt recovery processes, compliance regulations, and customer service best practices within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end consumer debt recovery process to maximize collections and minimize delinquency rates.

Analyze debtor portfolios and strategize collection approaches to achieve targets and operational KPIs.

Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances.

Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, risk, and customer service to ensure seamless recovery operations.

Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, trends, and process improvements to senior management.

Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in debt management and customer interactions.

Stay updated on industry trends, changes in debt recovery laws, and technological advancements in debt management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in consumer debt management, collections, or related financial services.

Strong knowledge of debt recovery regulations and compliance requirements.

Proven track record in achieving collection targets and managing high-volume portfolios.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in debt management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
