Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers or agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Achieve set targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of collection activities.

Risk management related to debt collection.

Lead and manage the team effectively.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers or agencies.

Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossessing products.

Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Proficient in providing reports on collection activities and performance.

Skill in handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.

Experience in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case tracking and resolution within agreed timelines.

Experience in portfolio management.

Understanding of debt collection strategies.

Proven track record of target achievement.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Experience in reporting and analysis.

Risk management skills.

Team leadership experience.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external clients.
