Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Manage portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.

Achieve collection targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Prepare and analyze reports related to risk and collections.

Lead and manage team performance.

Oversee vendor management activities.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through direct customer and agency visits.

Proven ability to monitor performance and provide updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines for repossession processes.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Ability to resolve escalations efficiently and effectively.

Experience managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.

Skilled in case tracking and timely resolution as per organizational objectives.

Expertise in portfolio management and debt collection strategy.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

Strong analytical, reporting, and risk management skills.

Leadership experience in managing teams and vendors.

Excellent coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
