Senior Executive - Contract Manufacturing

As a 2P /3P Operation Contract Manufacturing in the Contract Manufacturing team within the Technical department at Bunge, your primary responsibility is to ensure Food Safety, Quality Compliance, and timely Production of Bunge Products manufactured at 2P/3P sourcing unit, maintaining consistency as per Bunge requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with 2P units and stakeholders for Production/Dispatch execution as per plan. - Address challenges in meeting monthly production plan promptly. - Inform PM suppliers about tentative requirements for raw materials. - Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and reorder PM as needed. - Follow up with procurement team for rate cards and issue necessary Packaging material POs. - Ensure timely PM delivery in unit and coordinate production planning in 3P units. - Check and ensure product quality meets Bunge specs through chemical analysis and PCRO. - Maintain proper records, logistics coordination, and quality standards adherence. - Provide necessary training and ensure coordination between Bunge and units. - Attend quality complaints, provide training for improvement in production standards. - Prepare standard MIS reports for production, dispatch, and stock details. - Coordinate entries in SAP for PM and oil receipts, production, and invoicing. - Conduct monthly physical stock count and handle changes in PM artwork or design. **Qualification Required:** - Oil Technologist with 2-3 years of experience in the Edible oil field. - Sound knowledge of oil processing, packing, quality checks, and statutory requirements like FSSAI. - Leadership and coordination skills to ensure right quality PM receipts and educate/train unit personnel. - Proficiency in computer skills for generating daily reports and email communication. - Willingness to travel for market visits, customer handling, and product improvement.
