• Create and execute the site BPS Journey to Excellence Masterplan, including needs of the future (3 Years Vision).
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including kaizen,5S, Lean, value stream mapping
• Responsible for leading and developing the systems such as Loss Analysis, Visual Factory and deliver big scale savings projects for Yield, Scrap and Fit to Grow Projects.
• Develop, deploy and own standards and training materials for various Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Systems such as Daily Direction Setting, Loss Analysis, Pillar activities and Employee Leading & Engagement.
• Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’WorkOut’ sessions with a range of business stakeholders (incl. Experience of process/value stream mapping)
• A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
