Senior Executive - Blending

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive - Blending at our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure the production of high-quality products for our customers. Your role will involve working with various materials including water, ENA, Special Spirits, Food Flavour, and Blend. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality standards set by the company and following standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality of raw water meets company norms - Conduct testing and ensure quality of each batch of DM water - Maintain quality standards for ENA, Special Spirits, and Food Flavour - Monitor the quality of each batch of blend in collaboration with the blending executive - Implement company SOPs and GMPs to maintain online quality of finished products - Start-up bottling lines while maintaining proper records in QC prescribed formats - Keep washing machines clean and maintain records of water pressure and differential pressure - Ensure online product quality by implementing GMPs and SOPs as per company norms - Implement KPIs such as Safety, L1-Quality, GFPS, Statutory compliance, FSSAI requirements, and various projects - Participate in LR process for inspection of Excise compliance - Coordinate BCM as CMT Coordinator with manufacturing Manager - Manage SAP activities including BOM creation, updating new materials, and quality material inspection plan - Oversee distribution by inspecting vehicles before dispatching finished goods and for transfer of PM/RM Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Prior experience in quality control and inspection in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards - Familiarity with SAP activities related to material management - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Company Details: Our company is committed to realizing our Society 2030: Spirit of Progress goals, which focus on protecting the environment and supporting farmers and suppliers.
