Role Overview

BPC Floor Crew Member

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with queries across skincare, haircare, personal care, fragrances, and wellness products.
  • Conduct product trials, demos, and consultations to drive engagement and sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/regimes with confidence.
  • Support daily/weekly sales targets and work collectively with the team to achieve store goals.

Product Knowledge & Trials

  • Maintain deep knowledge of ingredients, benefits, usage, precautions, and product differentiators.
  • Participate in brand trainings and assessments to stay updated on product innovations.
  • Drive high-quality trials (skin prep, shade matching, demos) to improve conversion metrics.

Floor Excellence

  • Maintain immaculate merchandising standards as per Broadway & brand VM guidelines.
  • Ensure testers, trial stations, gondolas, and fixtures are always clean, replenished & presentable.
  • Monitor inventory levels & coordinate with the backend team for stock refills.

Operations & Compliance

  • Follow all SOPs related to time & attendance, grooming, hygiene, safety, and store protocols.
  • Accurately bill customers and support smooth checkout experiences.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Broadways POSH guidelines and workplace policies.

Performance & Culture

  • Uphold Broadway’s People-First culture, demonstrating curiosity, humility, candor, and agility.
  • Actively participate in feedback loops, competitions, learning modules, and cultural rituals.
  • Collaborate with peers to create a vibrant, energetic store environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in retail, beauty, personal care, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and a friendly customer-first approach.
  • Passion for beauty & wellness; comfort with product trials and hands-on demos.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per store roster.
  • High ownership, reliability, and intent to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
