Job Description

Experience - 2 to 5 years (Male candidate preferred)

Education – Any Graduate

Location – Ghonsai, Wada, Palghar

Timings – 10 am to 7 pm / 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary - Up to 25k pm

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Office management

  • Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Facility Management: Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Resource Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organizational needs, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures related to administrative functions.

2. Communication and coordination

  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings in coordination with the Admin Manager.
  • Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special projects.

3. Documentation and information management

  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining and organizing company documents, records, and files, including creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Reporting: Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management or other stakeholders.
  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting and updating data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.

4. Support and assistance

  • Executive Support: Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
  • HR Support: Assisting the HR team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding, and coordination.

5. Problem-solving and adaptability

  • Addressing Administrative Issues: Addressing and resolving administrative issues and problems as they arise, escalating as necessary.
  • Anticipating Needs: Proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
  • Adaptability: Handling unexpected challenges, such as last-minute schedule changes or urgent facility repairs, with composure and efficiency.

Any other work as suggested by the Management or Higher Authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
