Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Should have awareness of NABL, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and to follow their terms and conditions at work place. 2. To follow principle of Data integrity, ALCOA, GDP and to maintain all time readiness at work place. 3. To follow Standard Operating Procedures, Specifications, Standard Testing Procedures and Protocols. 4. To report OOS, incident, deviation observed during analysis and to initiate change control as applicable. 5. To monitor Temperature and RH and to ensure the cleanliness of testing instruments and area. 6. To indent media, cultures, reagents, glassware and other microbiological aids on time. 7. To perform analysis of FG, RM and Stability samples for BET, antibiotic assay, crystallinity, sterility and MLT. 8. To perform calibration of microbiology instruments as and when required and dodocumentcumenting the same. To maintain microbial culture and prepare culture suspensions and to check their purity. 9. To ensure proper usage of media, reagents, other microbiological aids and mai ntaining their records. 10. To perform GPT, media qualification and preparation, environmental monitoring, cleaning, disinfectant preparation, sterilization, decontamination and to perform and participate in validations and documenting the same. 11. To check and maintain analytical data and logbooks and to ensure the correctness of same.
