Should have awareness of NABL and to follow NABL terms and conditions at work place. 03.Should have awareness of NABL, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and to follow their terms and conditions at work place. 04. To prepare and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Specifications, STPs and Protocols. 05. To report and investigate OOS, CAPA, incidincidentsent, deviation observed during analysis and to initiate change control as applicable. 06. To monitor Temperature and RH and to ensure the cleanliness of area and to issue and retrieve test data sheets and logbooks as and when required. 07. To impart training to subordinates and to develop for technical task and to keep them aware of the latest guidelines. 08. To maintainn availability and record of reference standards, in-house working standards, impurities, placebo and certificate of analysis of material used in analysis and calibration certificates of glassware 09.To perform and maintain record of excel sheets validation and to check the validated excel sheets. 10.To report incidents occurred during analysis or review of analytical data and maintaining their records 11.To perform and participate in validations and documenting the same. 12. To evaluate the green sheet, test data sheet a,nd specifications (master) created in mMonarkonark software with respect to test request form and to approve COA. 13.To check and review analytical data of HPLC, GC, ICP, UV-Vis, FTIR, chemical analysis, instrument calibration records, instrument label, chemical/reagent labels, volumetric labels and logbooks and to ensure the correctness of same.

To monitor Temperature and RH and to ensure the cleanliness of testing instruments and area. 6. To indent media, cultures, reagents, glassware and other microbiological aids on time. 7. To perform analysis of FG, RM and Stability samples for BET, antibiotic assay, crystallinity, sterility and MLT. 8. To perform calibration of microbiology instruments as and when required and dodocumentcumenting the same. To maintain microbial culture and prepare culture suspensions and to check their purity. 9. To ensure proper usage of media, reagents, other microbiological aids and mai ntaining their records. 10. To perform GPT, media qualification and preparation, environmental monitoring, cleaning, disinfectant preparation, sterilization, decontamination and to perform and participate in validations and documenting the same. 11. To check and maintain analytical data and logbooks and to ensure the correctness of same.
