Senior ETL Architect - SQL

The Team Lead, Data Conversion at Innovya Technologies will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers and serving as a primary point of contact for large-scale complex product implementations and business-led change initiatives. The main responsibilities of this role include leading the data conversion team, collaborating with client operations and executive teams to confirm business requirements, facilitating project objectives, identifying process gaps for continuous refinement of conversion methodology, overseeing data-related initiatives, adapting best practices, acting as an escalation point, facilitating accurate integration mapping, applying project governance, working collaboratively with project managers, developing a deep understanding of conversion products, training and mentoring team members, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications for this position include experience in rapid assessments, data and analytic requirements assessment, data applications/systems such as Oracle SQL, Excel, .csv files, automating data conversion processes, real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions, ETL methodologies, data mapping tools, SQL scripting, relationship building, scoping, testing, and implementing data conversions, prioritization, customer support, cloud migration strategies, delivery architecture, and data migration plans. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years of experience as a data conversion specialist or a similar position, and 10+ years of total experience in the IT/Financial/Equity domain. Equity compensation or financial data experience is a plus but not required. Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills are necessary for this role.,
