Senior Estimator - Residential & Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate

  flooring, cabinet and countertops takeoffs

  using MeasureSquare, RFMS Measure, Bluebeam, or Planswift software.
• Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of accurate estimates.
• Review and validate project scopes to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of takeoffs, estimates, and project communications.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience

  as a construction, flooring, cabinet or countertops estimator.
• Proficiency in

  MeasureSquare

  is a must; working knowledge of

  RFMS Measure, Bluebeam

  and

  Planswift

  is highly preferred.
• Strong background in

  flooring, cabinet and countertops takeoffs

  .
• Solid understanding of materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
