Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate flooring, cabinet and countertops takeoffs using MeasureSquare, RFMS Measure, Bluebeam, or Planswift software. Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, site plans, and specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of accurate estimates. Review and validate project scopes to ensure alignment with client requirements. Maintain organized and detailed records of takeoffs, estimates, and project communications. What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of experience as a construction, flooring, cabinet or countertops estimator.
