We are seeking a talented professional to support our Quantity Takeoff services for flooring and cabinet projects in both commercial and residential sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform accurate flooring and cabinet takeoffs using MeasureSquare, RFMS, or Planswift software. - Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, site plans, and specifications. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of accurate estimates. - Review and validate project scopes to ensure alignment with client requirements. - Maintain organized and detailed records of takeoffs, estimates, and project communications. **Qualifications:** - 1-2 years of experience as a construction, flooring, or cabinet estimator. - Proficiency in MeasureSquare is a must; working knowledge of RFMS and Planswift is highly preferred. - Strong background in flooring and cabinet takeoffs. - Solid understanding of materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
