Senior Estimation Engineer - Steel Structural Project

Senior Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Estimating
Structural & Miscellaneous steel
as per
AISC standards
.
Prepare the
proposal document
with proper inclusions & exclusions.
Proficient in understanding the
structural steel design documents, structural drawings, and Architectural drawings
.
Evaluates and reviews
engineering documentation
such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works to understand the requirements of the project.
Provides detailed and accurate
material and component take-offs
against the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents.
Handling of
large/complex projects
and working on customized solutions.
Coordinates with the
Project Management team
to collect input regarding execution strategy and total project solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

B.E. or B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical
.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in estimating Steel Structures with AISC standards
.

Skills:

Sound Knowledge of
MS Word and MS Excel
.
Proficient in
structural steel design documents, structural drawings and Architectural drawings
.
Strong in
Documentation
.
Experienced in
Project Handling
and
Proposal
preparation.
Knowledge of
Engineering
principles and
Review Engineering Documentation
.
Expertise in
Project Estimation
adhering to
AISC Standard
and
American Standard
.
