Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil)

You will be responsible for providing cost estimates for the entire project, including the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on Quantity take off. You will also be required to interact with clients to address and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to offer technical support to junior staff members. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an estimation position, with site supervision experience being advantageous. A B. Tech or diploma in Civil Engineering is required, along with a solid understanding of estimation and pricing of building materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. The ideal candidate must be eager to work in a start-up environment and be willing to take on multiple responsibilities. You should be able to excel in uncertain situations without losing sight of the end goal. The ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage challenging circumstances is crucial. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and Provident Fund benefits.
