Senior Estimation & Costing Engineer - Electrical

As a Senior Estimation & Costing Engineer - (Pre tendering) Electrical at our client's Ahmedabad-based company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Scrutinizing tender documents - Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules - Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers - Conducting Comparison Studies based on suppliers" Quotations - Negotiating with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of products - Carrying out Value engineering studies based on Clients" budget constraints for specific projects - Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, and Suppliers/Manufacturers" Data Bank records - Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take-offs and cross-checking quantities - Pricing for electrical/mechanical / plumbing systems - Assisting in compiling tenders - Creating Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project-specific questionnaires Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma in Electrical Please note that the salary package for this position ranges from 4.25 to 6 LPA. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3 to 7 years of experience in Estimation & Costing - Electrical (Pre tendering). You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and information to estimate costs associated with manufacturing a product. Additionally, you will work proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with others.
