About the Role: This role, based in our Bengaluru office, focuses on providing support services to maintain and improve Oracle Cloud ERP. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing various levels of requests to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently. You will need to promptly handle technical support escalations through phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure timely issue resolution. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing modifications and enhancements in Oracle Cloud ERP according to business requirements. Responsibilities: - Gather requirements, design, and implement new enhancements and features - Align business needs with Oracle Cloud's out-of-the-box features - Develop and execute test scripts, conduct IT testing, and troubleshoot integration issues with applications like Sales Force and Arena - Address reporting requirements and drive process automation initiatives, particularly in finance, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) - Provide documentation and training to users and other stakeholders on newly implemented features and functionalities - Meet key IT service SLAs and business KPIs effectively Qualifications: - Possess 5+ years of experience in defining industry-standard business processes and implementing off-the-shelf systems for business process optimization - Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering - Demonstrate expertise as a strong Techno-Functional Architect in the Oracle Cloud environment, with experience in developing BIP - Experience in developing OIC integrations or willingness to work on the same would be advantageous Join Enphase Energy in driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector!,
