Senior ERP Developer

Role Overview: You will be working as an integral part of an Agile development team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide support for ERP systems. Embracing Agile principles and valuing collaboration, transparency, and delivering business value will be crucial. Your deep understanding of ERP management processes, strong programming skills, and successful ERP implementation track record will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users, IT product owners, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and offer technical recommendations. - Design, develop, and deploy custom enhancements (Oracle APEX), Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows following approved design patterns and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as system specifications, design documents, and unit test scripts. - Participate in Scrum rituals like daily stand-ups and retrospectives. - Ensure compliance with coding and development standards, as well as implement performance optimization techniques. - Work with other software developers and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve interdependencies. - Proactively suggest ideas and implement solutions for enhancing ERP systems" functionality, performance, and user experience. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in ERP development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Developer, preferably in a senior role. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. - Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, advanced SQL tuning, Oracle APEX, and Workflows. - Experience with APIs using REST/JSON/SOAP/XML. - Certification in ERP systems (a plus). - Experience with GitHub DevOps (a plus). - Demonstrated experience integrating ERP with systems of significant size and complexity. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to working on new platforms. - Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
